The government announced that currently they are in phase 1 of reopening, meaning that people must maintain home office when is possible. Security protocols must be followed according to the Ministry of health.

Regulations for this phase are:

• Food and medicines must be by delivery service
• Pharmacies, pharmaceutical laboratories, and clinical laboratories will be open
• Public transportation can only circulate to move health staff.
• Shopping malls are authorized to open shops only to sell by phone or delivery service.
