Although there are still a few months until the next presidential election in Mexico, the names of the candidates begin to have an important presence in the public opinion of the country, either because of their knowledge among the population or because of the opinion that citizens have of them.
Each stage is directed so that the next December 1 of this year the new president of the Republic takes possession.
In addition to electing the President of the Republic, 128 senators and 500 federal deputies will also be elected, in addition to 2,818 local authorities. Election day will be on July 1, 2018.
The long list of applicants over the months will surely be refined little by little, but considering that in previous years the final result was different from the first scenarios, at this time in a Mexico with economic, social and political uncertainty, it is still harder to foresee an outcome; Meanwhile, the agenda of the presidential candidates will be scheduled to tour states and municipalities of the Mexican Republic.
