The Colombian Government has extended the quarantine until March 1st due to the increase of cases. Measures have begun to be taken in each municipality according to the high occupancy of ICU.
In case of Bogota, city with the highest number of cases in the country, estrict quarantine has been implemented again. In cities like Medellin, Cali and Bucaramanga night curfews during the week and also weekends have been implemented as well.
Land and sea borders with neighbor countries has been closed. All passengers that arrive to Colombia by plane must present a negative PCR test that has been taken at least 96 hours before traveling and they must fill in the application AT Check-Mig.
On the other hand, the increase for rental leases will be 1.61%, this amount is according to the inflation caused in 2020. This increase will be applied 12 months after the beginning of the lease.
