CALI EXPOSHOW – CALI

JANUARY
Carnival of Blacks and Whites in Pasto
One of the most important holidays in the south, during which take the streets giant figures representing the racial diversity of the region. It is Intangible Heritage of Humanity, according to UNESCO.
FEBRUARY
Distinguished by UNESCO as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity, it is the largest carnival in the world in size, after the Rio Carnival. It is held in the second week of February for four days.
APRIL
Vallenato Festival in Valledupar
The flagship Festival of the memory and culture of this Colombian rhythm.
JUNE
International Festival of Bambuco in Neiva
It is a great tribute to Colombian Andean rhythms, such as bambuco and sanjuanero during which the Bambuco Beauty Pageant is held, crowning the representative that best interprets the choreography of this dance.
AUGUST
Hundreds of “silleteros” parade through the streets with the finest floral arrangements and magnificent horses.
DECEMBER
It brings together the best of salsa repertoire, including parades and bullfights at the World Capital of Salsa.
